Returns & Refunds

To request a return, email highsidegraphics2020@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and the item you wish to return.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and have their original tags.

Before you send a return

Contact us for approval and the correct supplier return address before mailing anything. Send the approved return within 14 days of your initial return notification.

Return shipping

Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, contact us for instructions before paying for return shipping.

Damaged or incorrect items

Report damaged, defective, or incorrect items promptly. Include photos of the item and packaging. Claims for Knotty and Pawsome products must be reported within 5 days of delivery.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is inspected. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
